At One Day Digital, we value transparency and fairness in all our client engagements. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • No refund will be provided if the client chooses to discontinue, cancel, or move out of the project after the engagement has started.
  • This includes situations where the client stops responding, changes plans, or decides not to proceed for personal or business reasons.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellation

  • If One Day Digital is unable to proceed with the project or chooses to move out of the engagement, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service, based on the work not yet completed.

3. 14-Day Refund Window (Before Work Begins)

  • If a payment is made and the client requests a cancellation within 14 days, a refund may be arranged only if:
    • No work has been started, and
    • No time, resources, or effort have been spent by our team on the project.
  • Once any work, planning, research, communication, or setup has begun, the payment becomes non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already started or time has been invested
  • Delays caused by the client (content, approvals, feedback, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project initiation

5. Agreement Acceptance

By making a payment to One Day Digital, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
